While we understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, a late cancellation or missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients, but also results in lost time and resources.
A $50 deposit is charged for these appointments. We are more than happy to accommodate your request within our policy time frame. We appreciate your support and understanding.
All bookings must be confirmed to secure your appointment. A reminder text or email is sent out to you 3 days prior and please respond to this confirming or cancelling the appointment.
To secure your booking, we charge NON-REFUNDABLE deposits both online and in salon.
Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment balance in salon. For all online bookings, you are required to pay a 50% deposit.
For all appointments 45 mins and over made in salon or over the phone you are required to pay a $50 deposit.
Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Although we do try our best, we, unfortunately, cannot always accommodate late arrivals.
Where possible we will offer the next available appointment time.
Please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.
